Coxhead Cleaning Services are seeking an experienced Evening Cleaning Supervisor to support the delivery and consistency of our commercial cleaning operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role working across a portfolio of commercial premises, where you will take an active role in maintaining standards, supporting teams, and ensuring contracts are delivered professionally and efficiently.
You will work closely with cleaning teams across multiple locations, providing on-site guidance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring buildings are left secure at the end of each shift.
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as travel between sites using a company vehicle forms part of the role.
Working hours

• Monday to Friday
• 4:30pm – 10:30pm
• 30-hour contract

The role
As Evening Cleaning Supervisor, you will act as a key link between site teams and management, helping to maintain consistent standards across our commercial contracts.
This is a practical, hands-on position where you will carry out cleaning duties alongside the team while providing leadership, direction, and quality oversight. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidence in guiding others, and the ability to manage multiple sites within a structured evening schedule.
Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and support to cleaning teams across multiple commercial locations
• Drive between sites as required using a company vehicle
• Maintain oversight of cleaning standards and address issues proactively
• Support staff performance through clear communication and leadership
• Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team where required
• Oversee final quality checks and ensure commercial premises are secured prior to leaving site
• Identify and report any operational concerns, staffing issues, or supply requirements
• Ensure company procedures, health and safety standards, and site specifications are consistently followed
• Represent the company professionally when working within client premises

The successful candidate

• Proven commercial cleaning experience is essential
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a professional, supportive leadership style
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required
• Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check, which will be carried out as part of the recruitment process

Full training and uniform will be provided.
Pay

• £13.15 per hour (April pay rate)
• Paid monthly
